As for myself, I have Product of Buckwheat and Quinoa becoming parts of my four day rotation breakfast foods . From time to time, I eat protein such as natural eggs, fish, or rooster. I have been striving at the time a 7 days to introduce a new vegetable that I generally do not eat or have never ever attempted into my diet , just like beet greens, pink chard, kale, etcetera. It had added some pleasure to my diet striving one thing new.
Plain kefir appears to be a superior products to blend with your breakfast kind cereal – Product of Buckwheat or Quinoa – for taste and extra moisture.
